Petra Goltz, PMP, is a Project Manager at SITA (www.sita.aero). She has extensive project, programme, and training experience throughout Europe and has worked as a contractor at leading edge, highly successful companies such as AT&T, BMW, IBM, Nortel, Siemens, Sun Microsystems and Unisource, and at financial institutions like the ECB (European Central Bank), and MasterCard.

Petra has extensive experience of managing large and complex IT and Telecommunications projects, in charge of budgets up to EUR50 million. She was certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2002, and prior to her present term as Vice Chair, she served two terms as the SIG's VP-Globalisation, from 2004-2005 and from 2006-2007.

Petra is also a member of the Northern Italy and Rome Chapters, and has been promoting the SIG throughout the regions with speaking assignments at PMI and industry events in i.e. Belgium, Malta, Malaysia, and Taiwan, and through various publications and networking events. She is fluent in English, German (native), Dutch and Italian, and able to survive in French.
