In the contemporary world, multicultural teams working in a project, not are more motivated solely to promote exchange of experiences, but to "coexisting and find ways to complete in their differences, adding value to the project. These and other ideas are represented at the VIII International Seminar Management Project, which aims to broaden the vision of professional projects, causing them to reflect on new challenges and the new disciplines that are present in the field of management projects.
