Accepting accountability and responsibility for a project without the necessary
authority and means to deliver is a peculiar form of masochism practiced by far
too many IT and T Project Managers. It all too often results in failed projects
and a “martyred” burnt out project manager. But hey, at least everybody has
someone to blame!
