We are currently looking for a volunteer to become our Director of Human Resources.
This role is responsible for:

• the care and feeding of volunteers
• suggesting offers and incentives to get volunteers to take on the tasks of the board
• developing policy of handling volunteers - coaching of board members in dealing with volunteers
• keeping the inventory of all current and past volunteer skills, performance, industry, resume/CV, preferences, etc.
• conducting exit interviews when the task is over and confirmation of availability to take on new tasks.
