At the end of 2007 the IT&Telecom SIG launched the Web site redesign. We are now looking to build a team of Web savvy volunteers to push the site to the next level. Enhancements that we are looking to implement include (but are not limited to):

• Improved Member Login (remember me, forgotten pw, etc.)
• RSS feeds
• Enhanced Calendar page
• New general content features
• Improvements to the back-end CMS (Content Management System)
• Photo galleries & Video
• Dynamic advertising for our sponsors

Candidates should have 4-5 years of web development experience (more detail below) and be able to commit 5-10 hours per week.

Required Skills

• Website Interface Design & Development
• HTML
• JavaScript
• PHP
• Experience with Webtrends or other website tracking software
• Photoshop

Nice to have, but not required...

• SQL
• XML
• UNIX
